Many people are facing mental health problems including depression and anxiety. <br /> <br />Testament to this, the NIMHANS 24/7 mental health helpline has recorded a 40% spike in the number of calls its receives on a daily basis since the second wave broke out. Most (80%) callers are in the age-group of 18-45 years.
